Baby & Me: Tummy Time Rollers (1- 7months)    10:00 to 10:45am    
Learn expert tips and techniques to make tummy time enjoyable, talk about the importance of positioning, rolling while promoting strength, stability, and coordination. 

Baby & Me: Crawlers, and Cruisers (7-14 months)  11:00 to 11:45am

Build on your baby’s progress with activities that support sitting, crawling, and cruising, while integrating reflexes and promoting fine and gross motor skills through music and movement.

Toddler & Me: Music and Movement (1yr-4 years)   12:00 to 12:45pm

​​Develop your babies strength, balance, body awareness and coordination through music and movement

Each class blends playful movement with pediatric expertise to help your baby Rise and Shine, creating a solid foundation for developmental milestones.​
